Terms of Service
The rules for using ToonMax and your account: what you get, what you may do and what your rights are. ToonMax is a private, free website; access is allowed only with our approval.

1. About these terms
ToonMax ("we", "us") is an online channel that streams cartoons and shows LIVE on toonmaxtv.net and in our apps (the "service"). You can reach us at any time at [email protected].
These terms are the contract between you and us when you create an account and use the service. By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept them. How we use your data is described in the Privacy Policy, and cookies in the Cookie Policy.
If you live in the European Union, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
2. Access to the site and your account
toonmaxtv.net is a private website, and our servers are private property. Access to the site and the service is allowed only with our approval.
Creating an account does not, by itself, give you the right to access the site. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or withdraw access for any person, organisation or institution, at any time and at our sole discretion, before or after an account is created.
Access on behalf of an organisation or institution (for example for monitoring, inspection or review) is allowed only with our prior written approval. You can request it at [email protected].
You need an account to watch ToonMax. You must be at least 16 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
- Use accurate details, especially an email address where you can receive messages.
- An account is for one person. You can be logged in on at most 3 devices at the same time; logging in on a new one closes the oldest session.
- Keep your password secret and tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.
3. Free access
ToonMax is free. You need an account to watch the LIVE stream, and access remains subject to our approval (section 2). We don't ask you for any payment and never charge you.
If we ever introduce a paid offer, we will tell you in advance, and paying will be optional and only with your express consent.
4. What you get
If we allow you access, your account gives you free access to the ToonMax LIVE stream. We don't guarantee that any particular show will be broadcast. You need an internet connection and a compatible browser or device.
We do our best to keep the stream running continuously, but short interruptions can happen, for example for maintenance or because of technical problems.
You have the rights given by EU law on the conformity of digital content and services. If the service doesn't work as described, write to us and we will try to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
5. Acceptable use
The service is for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not:
- record, rebroadcast, redistribute or publicly screen the stream;
- share your account with other people or sell access;
- get around the account requirement, the device limit or other security measures;
- use bots, scripts or other automated means that put excessive load on the service;
- send illegal content, threats, harassment or spam through our forms.
In-app chat. You can write to the ToonMax team and to other users. Be respectful: no harassment, insults, sexual or violent content, spam, ads or requests for personal data. Links aren't allowed in messages between users. Don't share personal data (address, phone number, passwords). You can block any user and report any message; the team reviews reports and may delete messages and suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Content, rights and reports
The ToonMax name, logo and materials belong to us. The programmes we broadcast belong to their respective rights holders. Your account does not transfer any rights in them to you.
If you are a rights holder or believe illegal content appears on ToonMax, write to us at [email protected]. Include: what the content is, where and when it appeared, why you consider it illegal, your name and email address, and a statement that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We review every report promptly, carefully and objectively, and reply with our decision.
If we restrict or close your account, we tell you why and how you can challenge the decision by replying to our message.
7. Suspension and closing your account
You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected] from your account's email address. We delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, for example by sharing access or rebroadcasting the stream. Where possible, we warn you first.
Separately, we may refuse or withdraw access to the site at any time, as described in section 2.
8. Changes
We may update these terms, for example when the service or the law changes. For important changes we give you at least 30 days' notice on the site or by email. If you don't agree, you can close your account before they take effect.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.
Otherwise, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses we could not have foreseen, or for problems caused by your internet connection, your device or external services we don't control.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by applicable European Union law and, for everything else, by the law of the country where you habitually live. If you are a consumer in the EU, you always keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country and can bring a claim before the courts where you live.
If you have a problem, please write to us first at [email protected]; we aim to resolve it within 14 days. For a cross-border dispute you can also get free help from the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) or from an alternative dispute resolution body in your country.
